Emi Grace - Live at Cafe Du Nord

This 22yr old artist has been on the rise and we only see her moving up! Building an amazingly loyal fanbase, Grace brings a new and lively sound to the music industry. She has sounds similar to those of No Doubt, Van Halen and even touches of new artists like Olivia Rodrigo. Since her creation of "Trashy Tone Thursday" on social media, her fanbase is eve-growing.

With over 50 million views since its launch on TikTok, we know that people are loving what they're hearing!

Grace can not only sing but has incredible self-taught skills as a guitarist, which she displayed on her first tour opening for Winnetka Bowling League.

Moving onto this performance. In one word, Incredible! Grace has amazing stage presence that lures people in. She started off her set with an unreleased song "Forget about me" that gave me heavy vibes of the band Garbage, with its gritty sounds and honest lyrics.

Grace continued with her song "Fall Apart" which is what I felt like would happen to her guitar because she was SHREDDING with it so hard during this performance! Her and the band were absolutely insane during this performance, in the best way possible! The amount of energy they brought, really set the tone for the entire night!

She continued the night with an amazing amount of energy, head-banging and getting the crowd involved! Everyone was LOVING the performance; they were excited about her music. You could see it in the response anytime she hit that guitar and whaled on it. I was Enamored... and so was the rest of the crowd!

As she made her way through the eight-song set, she sang a slow song

which was a nice change

of pace to the night, her

song "Patiently". She really

highlighted her vocal

talents in this song as

well as her skill with

the Harmonica!

She truly was a breath of fresh air on that stage, and I think others would agree with me on that. She is a force to be reckoned with and I can't wait to see her growth!
